A Mk. 1 Mini Jem taking part in Wildcam Autocross in 1979

As the caption says, the driver is Jeff Hawkins but his status as BTRDA (British Trial and Rally Drivers
Association) Autocross Champion in 1978 isn't corroborated by the BTRDA web site (PDF). We can't
determine the location. Is Wildcam a place or just a name? It's not known to mapping apps. Thanks to
