Having a bit of trouble working out the exhaust...
Roger don't think we will need a heated screen with this configuration... |

Richard - don't suppose you want to wire up my car do you A couple of quick questions - where did you get the interior carpets/boot board etc (or did you manufacture them yourself?), and where is your battery mounted (can't quite work it out from the picture - is it rear left corner of the car)?
Impressive standard of finish, by the way! |

Started mocking up the roll bar for the harness mount. This will be body coloured when finished.
Also fitted the rear quarter trims:
Thanks for the nice comments guys.
Yes Graham dad made the rear wooden false floor frame and cut all the trim to suit. It does look even better in the flesh. The battery is located to the left of the spare wheel well.

Great photos as usual Richard.
You have your track rod on upside down though, but you probably only have it that way to make sure we are all paying attention. |

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
The car is nearing completion now. All the interior is completed, carpets trimmed and fitted. Roll bar is in place ready for final fitting. Subframes are on the seats, ready to be bolted in.
All the brake and clutch systems are bled and fully functional. All the wiring is complete and everything works as it should.
A few pictures of the fit and finish of the interior:
Foot well. Looking to replace the pedal rubber to finish off properly.
Harness roll cage ready for final fixing, complete with fixing points for harness.
It really wont be long now.... |
