Thanks guys - We are very pleased with the outcome. A big thanks to Phil for all his help with the booth and painting.
Going to wrap up the main areas in bubble wrap whilst assembling the sub frames, engine etc. Want to keep the paint in top condition.
We need to keep this level of momentum up to finish this one off and make more progress on the other Jem.
Next Step Engine and new wiring harness. |

We have started to do the final assembly.

Hello, are you going to fit longer thermostat housing studs or is it a mock-up? Are you fitting an adjustable engine steady on the clutch side to make fitting it all in a bit easier? Looking very good |

Hi Peter - Yes we will probably be changing these , we will be looking for 1 to 2 threads showing after torque. The studs were bought as part of and external engine build kit.
Yes we are fitting an adjustable engine stay on the clutch side. Got one somewhere. in one of the many boxes of BMC stuff. |
