| In 2011 Rik van Raai acquired this early Mini Marcos which looked nice externally but needed some
restoration to the interior and engine bay. Note the stylish turned-up tail and filled-in fake louvres.
The car was completed in 1967 but the shell was probably manufactured in early 1966. It was registered
in the Netherlands as 65-18-ZP.
In October 2013 when the car was sold to Paul Brandt in Finland (ZKJ 923). The latest photos were spotted when the car was offered for auction in Wuppertal, Germany in November 2015. May 2016: we are pleased to hear from the current owner in Germany. |
