Not very often these come up, only (!) 2000 at the moment. No shots of the engine bay though...

It's been tidied up externally but I get the impression not much has been done inside.

Oops... Sorry Grant.

If it makes you feel any better it was somewhat of a baptism of fire to bring it home to Market Harborough from where I collected it....

Anyhow, although its a running concern and with MoT and all legal etc, there is some serious amount of work needed inside and out.

To be fair the chap I bought it from was a lovely man and had spent a lot of time actually getting it to a running MoT'able stage. It got home over a 5 1/2 hr journey, some bits didnt but most of it did so all fair credit due to the guy for effectively rescuing the little car a while back (I think he said 4 years but the CO poisoning may have addled my memory..!!!)

Apart from a couple of immediatte needs like most of the electrics and getting some movement in the seats so I actually fit (!?!), and the windscreen which is near to flapping about (I knew it was a long trip) the car will effectively stay as it is this year due to too many projects on the go already.

I hope to pop it up to some of the shows in near vicinity this year (less than an hours drive from me) and meet with some of you, until then, happy motoring

Mike - not sure how much help I can be (Dad did most of the major work getting the Marcos back on the road) but I'm based in Northampton so not too far away.
